Day 72 (29 July '07) Jon's Hepatitis C Treatment

Not much to report really - the cough is still a nuisance and the tiredness always there in the background. But I am trying to just carry on as normal as possible until my body tells me to stop. Then I have a lie-down.

HI Jon

I'm almost one week into my treatment(47, I hope to go!)..I live in N California, also in my late fifties(Genotype 1, Stage 3). I appreciate your blog comments, in fact I eagarly await them, and "worry " when you don't post(your vacation..YEAH!)You are my "guide" at the moment..I really like your attitude..it seeems positive, real, and not all about "the drama"..I have the same attitude, and hope to remain that way through out treatment. I will understand if your posts get less often and more brief, but wanted you to know, that you have at least 1 very touched reader. If you are interested in "chatting", that would be great, otherwise I'll just keep looking forward to your posts and keep you in my thoughts.

Thank you Janie - I hope your treatment goes well. The one thing that has sustained me is going to my monthly physical meetings with other Heptatitis C people - some having treatment, some who have failed reatment, some who are thinking of treatment and some who have decided to do alternative forms of treatment (eg herbal etc).
I will get in touch
Thank you again for your kind thoughts.
Jon
